Candidates should fulfill the following qualifications for BPM, ABPM, and Dak Sevak posts –
Applicants should have passed class 10th and own a metric certificate with passing marks in English, Maths, and Local language from a recognized board of education.
Basic level of computer training courses from a government approved Computer Training Institute.
Compulsory knowledge of local language is a must up to class 10th.
Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment - Apply Online
Stage 1- Registration
Go to Indian Post Gramin Dak Sevak online portal (http://www.appost.in/)
Click on “Registration” link under “Steps to Apply”.
The registration form will open.
Complete all the details like name, fathers’ name, mobile number, date of birth, gender etc.
Upload photo and sign in required format.
Now submit the details.
Once you will be registered, a registration number will be provided to you.
Unreserved, OBC (other backward castes) and EWS (economically weaker section) candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/-.
Kerala Gramin Dak Sevak Application fee can be paid via both online and offline modes through net banking, credit or debit card.
Female and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Application fee will not be reimbursed once done.
Stage 3- Apply Online form
Go to the http://www.appost.in/.
Click on “Apply Online”.
Fill verification details such as registration number, circle applying for and click on submit.
Upload all the documents in the required format for Kerala Gramin Dak Sevak application form
Submit your job preferences for the Gramin Dak Sevak posts.
Click on preview button to check all the details provided by you before finally submitting the form.
Save the application form in pdf form and get a print out for future references.
Gramin Dak Sevak 2021 Selection Procedure
Selection will be done on the basis of merit list. No eligibility test will be taken for finalizing the applicants. It will be entirely depend on the merit of candidates.
